Carbonated semi-sparkling rosé
A selection of varieties: Tempranillo, Shiraz, Bobal, Garnacha

Between 6 and 8ºC approx.
Once the bases of the mixture have been elaborated, it is made and goes to a second fermentation in isobarometric tanks, to acquire the sparks. Subsequently, it is filtered, stabilized and bottled at a low temperature, controlling its final pressure.
Ideal for pairing with all kinds of rice, pasta, seafood, white meat and fish dishes.
Bubbly and extremely refreshing, Peñascal 5,5 is the perfect Frizzante for those who are looking for intense flavour with less alcohol.
Partially fermented grape must. Rosé in color and with a spark of carbonation.

After a very early harvest, the obtained grape must is fermented at low temperature until reaching the desired level. A cold stop of the fermentation is performed, followed by a quick clarification and filtration.
Ideal to be enjoyed on its own, and perfect to pair with desserts, mild cheeses, or dishes with a sweet touch such as almond chicken or fruit-stewed meat.

After the wine-making and final blending process, the alcohol separation process is carried out, preserving the character of the initial wine.
